Recognizing a need to leverage Amazon as a sales platform and expand their reach to a broader community, SCARPA hired Cairns to develop a strategy that sells on Amazon while still retaining the brand integrity that SCARPA created in the outdoor community this past generation. 

Cairns first introduced Amazon-specific basics that increase organic search results and improve on-page customer experience: listing consolidation, Amazon-specific keyword research, as well as detail page content audits and overhauls.

Next, Cairns launched targeted advertising campaigns to capture the right audience and get SCARPA’s brand in front of new customers.
